Crystal Vargas is the Principal Consultant and founder of Information Management Group. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the medical field, Crystal graduated with a Degree in Biomedical Informatics, concentrating in Health Information Management, specializes in clinical documentation compliance, policies and procedure creation, HIPAA privacy and security guidelines, healthcare regulatory compliance, Joint Commission and DFC audits.
She has worked directly with psychiatrists, family medicine physicians, behavioral health providers, and multi-specialty groups across Florida and beyond. She has participated in multiple hospital boards to ensure regulatory body compliance and spearheaded performance improvement programs.
